Best Fruit Cake

Best fruit cake! I hated fruit cake when I was a kid. I don’t know why, but I never ate.The things you love can change as you age. For example, now that I’m in the mood for fruitcake, I’ll give you the recipe.

I think we humans are always looking for different things. The more we do something, the more bored we get. That’s why I think we need to be in a constant state of change. You may not like chocolate now because we ate so much when we were kids. ­čÖé And we’re finally changing shape. Not just our cells, but even our character changes.┬á

I haven’t been posting recipes on the blog for a long time because I’m so lazy! So I’m going to make myself a program and hopefully I’ll be able to add it systematically. Take care for now!┬á

Ingredients for Best Fruit Cake:

  • 1 + ┬Ż cup wheat flour (150g)
  • 1 Pack Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 + ┬Ż cups granulated sugar (125g)
  • One cup liquid oil (100ml)
  • 1 tea cup milk (100ml)
  • One Packet Of Sugary Vanillin
  • 1 tea cup red grapes (you can change as desired.)
  • 1 Tea Cup Forest Fruit (same way)
  • 2 Tbsp (tablespoon) Butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (brown sugar does not enter the additional refining process. That’s different from white sugar. But use whatever you have. It doesn’t really matter.)
  • Finally, 2 teaspoons (tsp) of cinnamon powder

For cake service:

  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold / warm Milk (600ml)
  • Seasonal fruits (optional)

How to make homemade cake recipe?

  1. Preheat and preheat the oven to 180┬░C. And pre-grease and prepare your cake mold.
  2. In any saucepan, cook the fruits with the butter, sugar and cinnamon for 4-5 minutes and leave to cool. The fruit will bring out the water in it.
  3. Mix with the egg and sugar and whisking until foamy.
  4. Add oil, milk, flour, baking powder and sugary vanillin to the mixture and gently stir it out with the spatula and prepare the cake dough.
  5. After transferring half of the cake dough into the mold, add the fruit mixture. Add the remaining dough on top.
  6. Bake in the oven, which you heat to 180┬░C, for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Rest the cake from the oven on a wire grill and chill.
  8. Finally, bake the vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk and pour over your cake. Later, serve with fresh fruits.
