The best lemon cake recipe! If you haven’t tried this recipe before, I suggest you do it. It tastes really good. Before I wrote the recipe for the cake, I looked to see if anyone had done it differently. Was almost the same. I’m going to write the recipe in a way that is simple and easy to prepare, which is, on average, what anyone can do. I hope you’ll like it.
It’s so nice to make a cake for breakfast. Everyone’s asleep and you’re making cakes for breakfast. How nice, isn’t it ? Getting up early at the most important times of the day and valuing yourself. Many people neglect breakfast in the morning and only eat lunch and dinner. This is so weird and doesn’t make sense.

Ingredients for Best Lemon Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 1 pack of baking soda
- 1 pack of vanilla
What it takes to grease a cake mold?
- 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
*If you want to taste more lemon while eating the cake, you can add some more lemon.*
How to make simple cake recipe?
- Add the milk, sunflower oil and lemon juice and mix for 2 minutes.
- Add the sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla and grated lemon zest, then stir. (Don’t add lemon zest if you like. but the taste of lemon is reduced.)
- Transfer our mixture to the cake mold and smooth it flat to swell evenly. Bake the lemon cake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 40 minutes. (170℃= 338℉)
- Finally, remove the cake from the oven and let it sit a little. Then remove from the mold and serve by slicing.
