Chocolate Brownie Cake

Chocolate Brownie Cake is so good! How about applying this recipe at home? Brownies are usually hard to make. But it will be easy if you make it in order according to the recipe. There are some minor details. Like melting chocolate in water vapor. 🙂 I think that’s the only point you should be paying attention to. Ingredients for Chocolate Brownie Cake: 

// For the cake dough:

  • One+half cup wheat flour (125-130 grams)
  • 1 Pack Baking Powder
  • 1 cup milk cream (100 millilitres)
  • 3 Eggs
  • Butter (50-55 grams)
  • 1 + ½ cups granulated sugar (260 grams )
  • 1 Packet Of Sugary Vanillin
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa (about 5-10 grams)
  • Dark chocolate (150g)

// For the Chocolate Cream:

  • Dark chocolate (200g)
  • 1 cup milk cream (200ml)
  • 2 Tbsp Butter2 Tbsp Butter

How to make Homemade Brownie ?

  • Set the oven to 170°C and heat.
  • We melt and mix chocolate and butter together.
  • We’ll melt the dark chocolate in a non-flammable, heat-resistant container. It’s known as a Benmari-style smelting. You can also melt it with boiling water vapor. (An alternative method for the Benmari procedure) if you hold the chocolate directly on the fire, it will spoil the taste. So in this way we’re doing.
  • Transfer the flour, dough baking powder, sugar vanilla and cocoa to any bowl.
  • Mix the powdered sugar, milk cream and eggs with the help of a mixer, whisking until the sugar is completely melted and the mixture foams.
  • Add the melted chocolate, then the flour mixture and stir. (Until homogeneous. So when you look at it, it looks like a single substance.)
  • Transfer the cake dough you have prepared to a greasy cake mold or small cake molds. Bake for about 35-45 minutes, until the dough cake is blistered. Remove the cake/cakes from the oven to cool.
  • Heat the milk cream in a saucepan, remove from the hob when it starts to simmer. Then add the dark chocolate and butter into it and melt it, stirring.
  • Apply the cream over and on the sides with the help of a silicone spatula. Keep the cakes in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then garnish with fruit. Bon Appétit!
