Homemade Vanilla Cake

Homemade vanilla cake! I think what’s popular these days goes back. People are looking for old things and plain things instead of fancy things. So I wanted to give you the recipe, and I think I’ll have this cake for tea tonight. I had a craving. 🙂

There’s a detailed section on oranges. Don’t add that part if you want. I’m sure we can do a good job. Now let’s start making this beautiful cake! 

Ingredients for Homemade Vanilla Cake:

  • 1 cup wheat flour (100 grams)
  • ½ (Half) packet baking powder
  • 1 Packet Of Sugary Vanillin
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 + ½ Tea Cup to pack caster sugar (150g)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups powdered almonds (160g) {optional may not use.}
  • 1 Orange

For ornamentation:

  • 1 Cup Caster Sugar
  • Grated White Chocolate On Request
  • and Forest Fruits on request

How to make homemade cakes?

  1. Preheat your oven and heat at 180°C (180℃= 356.0℉)
  2. Peel the orange, then bring to the boil in a saucepan. After boiling, cook over a low heat for a further 30 minutes.
  3. After the Orange has cooled; cut into two and mash in the food processor.
  4. In a bowl; add the eggs, then the powdered sugar. Whisk at high revs with the mixer until bubbling and blistering. Then add the olive oil and stir gently.
  5. Sift the flour and dough baking powder into another mixing bowl. Add the powdered almonds and the sugary vanillin and stir.
  6. Add the fruit puree (orange) and the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, then mix with the help of a spatula in slow motion until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  7. Transfer the dough you have prepared to the cake mold you have greased before.
  8. Bake in oven heated to 180°C for 40-45 minutes. Some ovens may differ. Check every 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar or white chocolate.
